My Little Black Book

A question I ask almost every woman who sits down with me is "What do you desire?" It more often than not is met with a blank stare, followed by shrugged shoulders and a "no idea." The first time I asked myself this question all I could come up with was "I desire avocado toast." What do you desire isn't about what's for dinner, or what you wish your partner would do differently, or what you wish your kids would stop doing. I mean the desire/want underneath all of that, the de

1. Do I feel safe being fully myself with this person? Not just loved but safe to express anger, sadness, desire, doubt, and joy without shrinking or performing.
