Refund & Cancellation Policy

Coaching Sessions:
-
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
-
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
-
Packages (such as multi-session plans) are non-refundable once sessions have begun.

Retreats:
-
Deposits are non-refundable.
-
Cancellations made 30+ days before the retreat start date may receive a partial refund (minus the deposit).

Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable, though credit toward a future retreat may be considered at our discretion.

Products/Items:

Refunds or exchanges are available for unused items returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the client unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Hey Jules LLC – Client Agreement & Terms
Please read the terms and conditions below and click on your agreement.

If you have been referred by the Somatica® Institute, you are signing an agreement to SECTION 1 AND SECTION 2.

If you found Hey Jules directly or through other means (and NOT the Somatica® Institute), your agreement is to the terms in SECTION 1 ONLY.
SECTION 1: Client Agreement with Jules D. of Hey Jules LLC
I am honored that you have chosen to receive sex, intimacy, and relationship coaching services from me, Jules D. of Hey Jules LLC. This Client Agreement will describe the relationship between you and me with respect to the services I will be providing.
Sex, Intimacy, and Relationship Coaching
Somatic (body-based) coaching differs from traditional therapy in that it emphasizes your connection to your body and prioritizes lived experiences (as opposed to thoughts alone) as the central path toward deeper freedom and choice.
During our work together, there may be times when I invite you to experiment with emotions, touch, intimacy, and connection—whether with yourself, your partner (if you are coming as a couple), or in interaction with me. These invitations are always in service of your growth and self-understanding. Touch is only ever used with your explicit consent, and you always have the right to stop, pause, or change any interaction for any reason. I will always respect your request immediately and without question.
While the primary focus of our work is the improvement of your sexual and relational life, we may also explore other areas of your life (work, family history, stress, etc.) that affect intimacy and connection. Please note that I am not a licensed psychotherapist and am not required to be licensed in the State of Colorado in order to practice sex and relationship coaching.
Practitioner and Client hereby agree as follows:
1. Fees

All fees are paid upfront unless a payment plan is pre-approved.

Fees may be adjusted due to cost-of-living, demand, or other circumstances. You will be informed in advance of any fee changes.
2. Payment Policies
-
Payment is due at booking. I accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.

Bounced payments or invalid charges may incur additional processing fees.
-
Hey Jules is not part of any insurance network. Services are not covered or reimbursable by insurance or flexible spending accounts.
3. Cancellation and Late Appointments
-
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
-
Sessions starting late due to client delay cannot be extended or rescheduled. Sessions are cancelled if the client is more than 15 minutes late.

If I must cancel, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule.
4. Availability & Emergencies

Email and phone contact between sessions is welcome for scheduling. For coaching issues, these should be kept brief, as deeper work is best done during sessions.

In a medical or safety emergency, call 911 immediately.
5. Professionalism & Confidentiality

All coaching interactions remain within professional boundaries and scheduled session times.

Your identity and session content are kept confidential. Notes (if any) are anonymized.

In couples work, I do not hold “secrets” from one partner. However, I also do not disclose details from individual sessions beyond patterns, insights, or coaching guidance relevant to the relationship.
6. Health & Consent to Treatment

By signing, you consent to coaching with Hey Jules.

You affirm that you are physically and mentally sound and will disclose any relevant health conditions that may affect your work.
7. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that sex and relationship coaching carries inherent risks.
-
You assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and results.
-
Hey Jules LLC is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages related to services.
8. Treatment Refusal / Termination

You may suspend or refuse any practice or instruction at any time.
-
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. If appropriate, I will support your transition to another practitioner.
9. Health Considerations (COVID and other illness)
-
Please do not attend in-person sessions if you are ill, contagious, or within the CDC contagious period for COVID-19. Contact me to reschedule.
10. Acknowledgment
By signing, you confirm that you understand this agreement and accept all terms.
SECTION 2: Somatica® Referred Client Agreement
If you were referred by the Somatica® Institute, this section also applies.
You understand and agree that while you were referred to Jules D. / Hey Jules LLC, you are entering into a client relationship with Hey Jules LLC, not with Somatica®, LLC. Somatica®, LLC is not responsible for the practices or methods of Hey Jules LLC.
This section includes:

Standard session lengths and fees for Somatica® referrals

Payment and cancellation policies (same as Section 1)

Confidentiality policies (with the distinction that information from individual sessions is not shared with partners)

Explicit acknowledgment that Somatica®, LLC is not liable for services, risks, or outcomes related to Hey Jules LLC
By signing, you confirm you have read and understood the terms of both Section 1 and Section 2 if you are a Somatica® referral client.
