Before the vows and the venue, before the table settings and the honeymoon plans, there is the relationship itself. We’re Jules and Jon, a husband/wife team married 27 years, and we believe love doesn’t need to be perfect, just practiced. Together, we help couples prepare not only for a wedding but for the real partnership that follows. Our Premarital Coaching sessions create a supportive, honest, and even fun space to talk about the things that matter most: communication, conflict, intimacy, money, family dynamics, expectations, and what partnership actually looks like day to day. We go beyond traditional premarital counseling by combining practical relationship skills with the kind of embodied, experiential tools that make real change possible. You won’t just talk about connection, you’ll practice it. You’ll learn how to stay present, regulate when things get heated, and repair when things get hard. You’ll explore your individual needs and boundaries and how to stay curious about each other as life evolves. We bring different but complementary perspectives. I’m Jules, a relationship and intimacy coach trained in the Somatica® Method. I help people explore communication, desire, and connection in ways that feel real, safe, and alive. My husband Jon is a licensed psychologist with a PhD in Counseling Psychology. He brings deep experience in communication, men’s work, and creating emotionally safe spaces for real, honest conversation. Jon has worked extensively with couples through marriage counseling and premarital coaching, helping partners build trust, navigate conflict, and strengthen their connection. Together, we balance insight with humor, structure with heart, and real-world guidance with genuine care.
